High-speed robot stacking work process
1. Injection molding: First, the paper cup is molded through an injection molding machine. In this process, the raw materials of the paper cup are heated, melted and injected into the mold to form the desired paper cup shape.
2. Retrieve material by robot: After injection molding, take the robot on the high-speed side and enter the interior of the injection molding machine. The robotic hand is usually equipped with a vacuum suction cup or other type of clamp for stably grabbing paper cups.
3. Side picking and flipping: The robot uses its side picking function to remove the paper cup from the mold, and performs high-speed flipping during the removal process, flipping the paper cup from the horizontal direction to the vertical direction.
4. Stacking placement: The flipped paper cup is placed on the designated stacking bracket by a robot. In this process, the vacuum suction cup can be changed at a certain position through the spring, without too high accuracy, cost controllable, and can ensure that the paper cups are stacked neatly to avoid collapse or chaos.
5. Conveyment and packaging: The stacked paper cups may then be transported to the next workstation for further processing or direct packaging.
